If your service has been suspended for non-payment or for exceeding a credit limit, the quickest way to reinstate your service is by using our online Bill Pay Now functionality or by using the MyDigicel App, which allows you to pay using your Visa debit or credit card (MasterCard/Visa) and have service restored within 1 hour. Payments can also be made at any Digicel store.
Please note that payments via other financial institutions may take longer to reflect on your account (24-72 hrs in some cases).
